The basics

What is period underwear? Underwear with absorbent, leak-proof layers built in. It soaks up your flow and keeps you dry — so you can skip the pad/tampon, or use it as reliable backup.

Does it really stop leaks? Yes. Engineered absorbent layers and a leak-proof barrier hold your flow and protect your clothes. Choose the right absorbency level for your flow (Light → Overnight).

Can I wear it overnight? Yes — our Heavy/Overnight styles are made for it. Many women say it's the first time they sleep worry-free on their period.

Hygiene & safety

Is it hygienic? Completely. You rinse and wash it like any other laundry. The core locks moisture away and washing keeps it fresh.

Is it safe? What is it made of? Soft, breathable bamboo & cotton-rich fabric. Our underwear is PFAS-free (no "forever chemicals") and made to sit safely against your skin.

Will it smell? No — the moisture-wicking and odor-control layers keep you fresh through the day. Just rinse and wash after wearing.

Using it

How many pairs do I need? Most people need 4–7 for a full cycle, so you always have a clean pair while others wash and dry.

How do I wash it? Cold rinse → machine/hand wash cold → air dry. No bleach, no softener, no dryer. See care guide.

How long does a pair last? 2+ years with proper care.

Can I use it for heavy flow? Yes — pick Heavy/Overnight, or use it as backup with a tampon/cup on your heaviest days.

Can teenagers use it? Absolutely — it's great for first periods, giving girls leak-free confidence at school. Comfortable and easy to use.

Can I use it postpartum or for light bladder leaks? Yes — many women use it for postpartum bleeding and light bladder leakage too.

Buying, delivery & returns

Is the packaging discreet? Always. Your order arrives in plain, unmarked packaging — no one can tell what's inside.

Can I return or exchange? For hygiene reasons, returns are limited, but we offer easy size exchange on your first order if the fit isn't right. Details: Shipping-and-Returns.

Why is it more expensive than a pack of pads? Because you buy it once instead of every month. Over a year or two, it costs you less than disposables — and it's more comfortable and less wasteful.
