How to use it — 3 simple steps

1. Wear it

Put it on like any underwear. On light or medium days, wear it on its own. On heavy days or overnight, wear it alone (heavy/overnight style) or as backup with a tampon/cup for total peace of mind.

2. Rinse & wash

  • Give it a quick cold rinse after wearing (until the water runs clear).
  • Then machine wash cold or hand wash with mild detergent.
  • Air dry. Don't use bleach, fabric softener, or the dryer (it shortens the life).
