Delivery
- Where: Nationwide across Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and more).
- Time: Typically 2–5 working days (confirm with courier — TCS/Leopards/PostEx/Trax).

- Tracking: You'll get a tracking number once your order ships.

Discreet packaging 🔒
Your privacy matters. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging — no product name, no logo on the outside. No one will know what's inside.
Returns & exchanges
⚠️Hygiene policy
For health and hygiene reasons, period underwear cannot be returned once worn or if the hygiene seal is broken — like all intimate products. Please use our size guide before ordering.
What we DO offer:
- ✅ Easy size exchange on your first order — if the fit is wrong and the item is unworn with seal intact, we'll exchange the size.
- ✅ Damaged/wrong item? We'll replace it — just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.

COD refusal note
If you place a COD order, please accept it at delivery. Refused parcels cost us both-way shipping and make it harder to keep prices low. If you're unsure, choose the waitlist/prepaid option or message us first. 🙏
