What absorbency of period underwear do I need?

Choose your absorbency based on your flow. Light suits spotting, discharge, light days, and backup. Regular suits normal flow days. Heavy suits heavy days. Overnight suits sleeping and very heavy flow.

Many women keep a mix and match levels across their cycle — lighter pairs at the start and end, heavier pairs in the middle. If you're unsure, start with Regular and Heavy and adjust from there.
